Mel values a playful, supportive, evidence-based approach and aims to be curious and collaborative to support individuals and their families reach shared goals. Mel is a LGBTIQA + ally. Another area Mel is interested in is the provision of supervision to Psychologists and she draws on both her clinical and leadership experience to provide reflective supervision sessions. Mel is a Board Approved Supervisor. ![]() Mel is intensely interested in all areas of psychology, however special interest areas including working with children and teens with Autism and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, mood and anxiety concerns, trauma, interpersonal concerns, parenting support, and multicultural mental health. ![]() Melissa is a Registered Psychologist and has experience working with children, young people and adults with range of mental health and behavioural needs. Megan has three young children and in her spare time enjoys holidays with her family in their caravan and spending time with family and friends. Megan utilises a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches in her work including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TFCBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing’ EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Megan has worked extensively supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma and stress, attachment difficulties, mood disorders and behavioural concerns through the delivery of individual therapy, group work as well as therapeutic parenting programs. She is passionate about building a relaxed, enjoyable and safe environment for her clients to assist them to reach their goals. Megan has a particular interest in the provision of professional supervision and promoting reflection in clinical practice. She has an extensive background in the impact of trauma. Megan is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties and mental health issues. Outside of work, Kathleen spends her time with family and friends, watching home renovation shows and trying to be a better cook. She is also a firm believer in evidenced based practice and working in a holistic framework to provide informed and consistent support. ![]() Kathleen is passionate about supporting individuals and families to understand the purpose behind a behaviour and using this knowledge to develop new skills for more effective communication. ![]() Kathleen takes a playful and curious approach when working with children, young people and their families to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe in the therapeutic environment. Kathleen uses a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Kathleen is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a number of years’ experience working with young people in Out of Home Care settings and providing behavioural support to individuals with complex behavioural needs. ![]()
